Returns, Refunds, Cancellations, and Exchanges Policy

1. What We Will Do Together
Step 1: Raise a Request

If you’ve received a wrong, expired, or damaged product, please raise a return or replacement request within 7 days from the date of delivery.

For damaged or missing items, the request must be raised within 2 days of delivery.
How to Raise a Request:

Submit your request via email at 📧 support@urbangent.in with your Order ID and contact details.

Alternatively, use the Chat option on www.urbangent.in.
Step 2: Review
We’ll take up to 2 working days to review your request.
Step 3: Pickup Arrangement
If approved, we will arrange for our courier partner to collect the product from your address.
Step 4: Self-Shipping (If Needed)
If reverse pickup is not available in your area, you may self-ship the product using a reliable courier service.

Courier charges will be reimbursed to your bank account or GentMode Wallet upon submission of a valid courier receipt.
Step 5: Replacement or Refund

Once we receive the returned product, it will undergo a quality check.

If the return is approved:

A replacement will be dispatched and delivered within 5-7 business days after quality check approval, subject to stock availability.

Or, a refund will be processed (details below).

2. Conditions for Return or Replacement
Returns or replacements are eligible only in the following cases:

Wrong product delivered

Expired product delivered

Damaged product (physical damage, tampering, or broken packaging)

Incomplete order (missing items)
3. Returns or Replacements Will Not Be Accepted If:

Product has been opened, used, or altered

Original packaging (mono cartons, tags, labels) is missing

Return/replacement request is raised after 7 days from delivery

Damaged or missing item is reported after 2 days from delivery
4. How Are Returns Processed?

Pickup is typically arranged within 5–7 business days after your request is approved.

Returned items undergo a quality inspection at our warehouse.

Upon approval, a refund is initiated or a replacement is delivered within 5-7 business days.
5. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled via My Account > Order Details by clicking the “Cancel” button.

You must provide a reason for cancellation.

Orders can only be cancelled before they are marked “Ready to Ship.”
6. Refund Process

Prepaid Orders: Refund is credited to the original payment method within 7 business days.

Cash on Delivery Orders: Refund will be processed and credited to your bank account. Please share bank details via email.
Refund Timelines:

Cancelled Orders: Refunded within 7 business days.

Returned Items: Refunded after quality check, typically within 2 weeks from pickup.
7. Partial Order Returns
Yes, you may return individual items from your order, provided they meet the return eligibility criteria.
